This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Elite Diam ("we", "us", "our") for the purchase of diamonds and related products worldwide.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted, fully insured international courier services, selected based on destination, security, and delivery efficiency. These may include:

  • FedEx
  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • Other equivalent insured international courier services

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping — $80.00 flat fee for orders under $800.00
  • Free Shipping — $0.00 for orders of $800.00 or more

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe (EU Countries): 3–7 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

  • Europe: Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, and other EU countries
  • International: United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Australia, Canada, and other eligible countries worldwide

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. Elite Diam is not responsible for these additional charges.

All customs-related fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery, unless such charges are calculated and collected at checkout. In certain countries, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and no additional payment is required at delivery.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable, without exception.

Shipment Insurance

All Elite Diam shipments are fully insured for their declared value during transit. In the rare event of loss or damage during delivery, Elite Diam will work directly with the carrier to file an insurance claim and resolve the matter promptly. Please contact us immediately at info@elitediam.com if your shipment arrives damaged or is confirmed lost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.

Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

A binding agreement between Elite Diam ("Seller") and you ("Purchaser") is formed once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

Product descriptions, pricing, and applicable taxes are confirmed at the time of order placement. Shipping, packaging, freight, and insurance charges are included in the final invoice and are borne by the Purchaser.

All orders are final once placed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after submission. For post-delivery options, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Elite Diam reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized payment, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Responsibility

Elite Diam is not responsible for loss, delay, or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability at the delivery address
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. If a shipment is returned to Elite Diam for any of the above reasons, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Secure Delivery of Diamond Orders

Due to the high value of diamond products, all deliveries require signature confirmation upon receipt. In some cases, identity verification may also be required to ensure safe and successful delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
