At Elite Diam, we specialize exclusively in the sale of loose and certified diamonds. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for diamond purchases made through our website.
You may request a return or exchange within 07 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted, except in cases where the diamond is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order.

Once your returned diamond is received and inspected by our gemological team, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, insurance charges, and express service fees are non-refundable.
Eligible diamonds may be exchanged for another diamond of equal or higher value.
If the selected replacement diamond is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is completed.
If the replacement diamond is of lower value, the difference will be refunded according to our standard refund timeline.
All exchanges are subject to availability and inspection approval.
Custom-cut, resized, laser-modified, or specially ordered diamonds are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Diamonds that have been engraved or laser-inscribed at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.
Diamonds returned without their original grading certificate will not be accepted.
If your diamond arrives damaged or with a verified grading discrepancy, Elite Diam will offer a replacement or exchange.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
Orders for standard inventory diamonds may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Custom-cut or modified diamond orders must be cancelled within 48 hours. Cancellation requests made after this period may incur a 15% processing fee.
Once a diamond has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Elite Diam before shipping. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs unless the diamond is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
For diamonds valued over $200, insured and trackable shipping is mandatory. Elite Diam is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Comparative purchasing—ordering multiple diamonds with the intent to keep one and return the rest—is not permitted.
Elite Diam reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse returns suspected of comparative purchasing.
If a promotional benefit or discount is applied to an order, and a return or exchange causes the order to fall below the qualifying threshold, Elite Diam reserves the right to adjust or deduct the promotional value from the refund.
