This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Elite Diam (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the purchase of diamonds and related products worldwide.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment authorization and verification.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
All orders are shipped using trusted, insured international courier services, selected based on destination, security, and delivery efficiency. These may include:

International orders that do not qualify for free shipping are shipped for a flat international shipping fee of €80.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. Elite Diam is not responsible for these additional charges.
All customs-related fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery unless such charges are calculated and collected at checkout. In certain countries, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and no additional payment is required at delivery.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, without exception.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
A binding agreement between Elite Diam (“Seller”) and you (“Purchaser”) is formed once your order is accepted.
Product descriptions, pricing, and applicable taxes are confirmed at the time of order placement. Shipping, packaging, freight, and insurance charges (if applicable) are included in the final invoice and are borne by the Purchaser.
All orders are final once placed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.
Elite Diam reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized payment, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the high value of diamond products, deliveries may require signature confirmation and, in some cases, identity verification to ensure secure and successful delivery.
